Sr. Site Engineer

Responsibilities

• Supervise all civil work at the site as per drawings and instructions.
• Manage and guide junior engineers, supervisors, and workers.
• Prepare daily progress reports and update management.
• Check quality of work and materials used.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and clients.
• Ensure safety rules are followed at the site.
• Manage material requirement and usage at the site.
• Solve technical problems and provide quick solutions.
• Support billing and measurement verification of work.

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• 3-5 years of experience in site execution (residential/commercial/infrastructure projects).
• Good knowledge of construction methods, quality, and safety.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, AutoCAD).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
