Job SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Import Documentation &amp; Customs Clearance Executive to manage end-to-end import operations, customs documentation, and coordination with internal teams, clients, and external agencies. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of customs processes, import regulations, and hands-on experience in ICEGATE, tariff notifications, and international logistics.Key ResponsibilitiesImport Documentation &amp; Customs Clearance<ul><li>Handle complete import documentation processes including BOE filing, IGMs, and checklist preparation.</li><li>Oversee the entire customs clearance process for air, ocean, and land shipments.</li><li>Submit all types of Bills of Entry (BOE) on ICEGATE.</li><li>Perform customs duty calculations and manage COO (Certificate of Origin) shipments.</li><li>Prepare and submit SEZ BOEs and statutory certificates such as SIMS, CHIMS, NFMIMS, and PIMS.</li></ul>Coordination &amp; Communication<ul><li>Coordinate with clients to understand and fulfill import/shipping requirements.</li><li>Liaise with customs clearance departments, delivery agents, transporters, and port personnel to ensure smooth operations.</li><li>Work closely with overseas agents for shipment status updates and documentation accuracy.</li><li>Interact with vendors to resolve issues affecting delivery and documentation.</li></ul>Operational Excellence<ul><li>Maintain and update Daily Status Reports (DSR) for import shipments.</li><li>Track and monitor shipments, providing regular updates to stakeholders.</li><li>Handle the arrangement of payment for import bills and collect delivery orders from shipping lines and freight forwarders.</li><li>Support all departments to ensure seamless operational workflows.</li><li>Maintain Profit &amp; Loss statements for the import operations department.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Strong knowledge of import procedures, customs documentation, and tariff notifications.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).</li><li>Hands-on experience with ICEGATE, LogiSys, and related import documentation tools.</li><li>Excellent communication, coordination, and customer service skills.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple shipments and work under time-sensitive demands.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;30,000.00 - &#8377;50,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person

Import Documentation & Customs Clearance Executive

Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Scrutiny of documents before filing requesting customer to provide documents like technical write up, catalogue copy (if required).</li><li>Prepare duty checklist with proper HSN code and notification.</li><li>Sharing checklist with customer for approval.</li><li>Co-ordinate with consignee for checklist approvals for filling the BOE without any late filing charge.</li><li>Online uploading (E-Sanchit and Filing BOE)</li><li>Filing BOE in Ice gate (custom portal) once approved by Customer.</li><li>Handling queries of Customers.</li><li>Knowledge of BIS,LMPC,EPR,IGCR</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Graduate / Postgraduate in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Business, or related field.</li><li>Certification in Export-Import Management / Logistics (preferred but not mandatory).</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;30,000.00 - &#8377;50,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person

Senior Documentation (Import)

Role OverviewThe Accounts Executive &ndash; Import Logistics will be responsible for managing financial transactions related to import operations, maintaining accurate ledgers, coordinating with customers and vendors, ensuring timely payment collections, and supporting logistics documentation. The role requires strong analytical capability, attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.Key Responsibilities1. Accounting &amp; Reconciliation<ul><li>Maintain and update accounts ledgers related to import transactions.</li><li>Perform ledger reconciliation for customers, vendors, freight forwarders, transporters, and CHA service providers.</li><li>Execute timely bank reconciliation, ensuring all import-related entries are accurately recorded.</li><li>Track and reconcile vendor payments, advances, and outstanding balances.</li><li>Assist in monthly/quarterly closing activities and MIS reports.</li></ul>2. Import Documentation &amp; Logistics Coordination<ul><li>Coordinate with the logistics team for import documents: Bill of Entry, invoices, packing lists, AWB/BL, duty challans, etc.</li><li>Ensure all import-related costs are accurately booked and mapped to relevant ledgers.</li><li>Follow up with CHA and freight forwarders for timely submission of bills and statements.</li></ul>3. Customer &amp; Vendor Coordination<ul><li>Communicate with customers for outstanding payments and reconciliation queries.</li><li>Coordinate with vendors to verify invoices, release payments, and resolve discrepancies.</li><li>Maintain strong follow-ups for payment collection from customers.</li><li>Build professional relationships through effective communication.</li></ul>4. Email &amp; Communication Management<ul><li>Draft and respond to emails related to accounts, reconciliation issues, import billing, and payment follow-ups.</li><li>Prepare summary reports and share updates with internal departments and management.</li><li>Maintain accurate written communication records for audit and compliance.</li></ul>5. Compliance &amp; Record Management<ul><li>Ensure adherence to accounting standards and import-related statutory requirements.</li><li>Organize and maintain proper documentation for audits and internal reviews.</li><li>Support GST input reconciliation for import transactions (if applicable).</li></ul>Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Strong knowledge of accounts, ledger posting, and reconciliation.</li><li>Basic understanding of import processes, customs documentation, and related logistics expenses.</li><li>Proficient in MS Excel, accounting software (Tally/ERP), and email communication.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and meet deadlines.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance.</li><li>1&ndash;3 years of experience in accounts; experience in import logistics accounting preferred.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;40,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
