Job Summary:The Customer Support Executive will be responsible for handling customer queries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth customer experience across calls, emails, and chats. The role requires strong communication skills, patience, and the ability to maintain professionalism in all interactions.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with queries and complaints.</li><li>Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and processes.</li><li>Document customer interactions and update CRM with relevant details.</li><li>Follow up on unresolved issues and ensure timely resolution.</li><li>Coordinate with internal teams (operations, sales, accounts) to resolve customer concerns.</li><li>Maintain service quality and adhere to company communication guidelines.</li><li>Achieve daily/weekly productivity and quality targets.</li><li>Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain a positive customer experience.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Competencies:<ul><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Ability to handle customer pressure and maintain patience.</li><li>Good listening skills and problem-solving ability.</li><li>Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM handling preferred).</li><li>Ability to work in shifts if required.</li><li>Positive attitude and customer-first approach.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Any Graduate / 12th Pass with relevant experience.</li><li>Prior experience in customer service/BPO/telecalling is an advantage.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;18,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
