Location: BangaloreQualification: Bachelor&rsquo;s DegreeExperience: 1-2 years of Experience in Logistics/Warehouse operationsLanguage: Requirement: Must be fluent in Hindi, Kannada, and EnglishComputer: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with logistics tracking systemsKey Responsibilities<ul><li>Responsible for timely placement of trucks for goods movement as per company/client requirements.</li></ul><ul><li>Coordinate clearly and promptly with drivers, warehouse staff, management, and customers.</li></ul><ul><li>Supervise loading and unloading of trucks, trailers, and containers, ensuring goods are placed correctly and securely.</li></ul><ul><li>Verify shipping documents, tally goods against invoices, and maintain accurate loading records.</li></ul><ul><li>Ensure safety protocols during loading/unloading operations and coordinate with warehouse and transport teams for smooth cargo movement.</li></ul><ul><li>Assist in counting, labelling, and cross-checking goods to prevent shortages or damages.</li></ul><ul><li>Provide daily MIS to customers and timely update in-house applications.</li></ul><ul><li>Provide daily reports on loading activities, discrepancies, and operational challenges to supervisors.</li></ul><ul><li>Handle consignments carefully to maintain client satisfaction and reduce claims.</li></ul><ul><li>Work under pressure and meet strict placement deadlines.</li></ul>Work Environment<ul><li>Based at Bangalore warehouse/transshipment hub</li></ul><ul><li>6-day working week (Monday&ndash;Saturday)</li></ul><ul><li>Flexible shift timings depending on truck placement schedules</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Bengalore, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Knowledge on loading of heavy machines: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>Hindi, Kannada and English (Preferred)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Bengalore, Karnataka (Preferred)</li></ul>Shift availability:<ul><li>Day Shift (Preferred)</li><li>Night Shift (Preferred)</li><li>Overnight Shift (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
