Location: Bangalore

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree

Experience: 1-2 years of Experience in Logistics/Warehouse operations

Language: Requirement: Must be fluent in Hindi, Kannada, and English

Computer: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with logistics tracking systems

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for timely placement of trucks for goods movement as per company/client requirements.

• Coordinate clearly and promptly with drivers, warehouse staff, management, and customers.

• Supervise loading and unloading of trucks, trailers, and containers, ensuring goods are placed correctly and securely.

• Verify shipping documents, tally goods against invoices, and maintain accurate loading records.

• Ensure safety protocols during loading/unloading operations and coordinate with warehouse and transport teams for smooth cargo movement.

• Assist in counting, labelling, and cross-checking goods to prevent shortages or damages.

• Provide daily MIS to customers and timely update in-house applications.

• Provide daily reports on loading activities, discrepancies, and operational challenges to supervisors.

• Handle consignments carefully to maintain client satisfaction and reduce claims.

• Work under pressure and meet strict placement deadlines.

Work Environment

• Based at Bangalore warehouse/transshipment hub

• 6-day working week (Monday–Saturday)

• Flexible shift timings depending on truck placement schedules

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Bengalore, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Knowledge on loading of heavy machines: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

• Hindi, Kannada and English (Preferred)
