Job Summary Inbound Customer Service - Chat, Email and PhoneWhat you will do:<ul><li>Resolve customer issues or questions</li><li>Process payment deferrals and installment plans</li><li>Attempt to save customers who may be moving, unhappy with the plan, or current rate</li><li>Quickly identify customer needs in the first few minutes of the call to offer the appropriate plan</li><li>Enroll the customer in the correct plan</li><li>Strive to resolve customer issues on the first call</li><li>Demonstrate knowledge of processes and policies</li><li>Build trust and rapport with the customer through clear, respectful interactions</li><li>Always strive to ensure that overall customer satisfaction remains high while resolving issues</li><li>Understand &lsquo;client call flow&rsquo; and regulations</li><li>Ensure no Public Utilities Commission Complaints are filed</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Proven experience in customer support or client services within a call center or similar environment.</li><li>Ability to speak both business and conversational Spanish and English fluently.</li><li>Ability to follow processes and workflows for compliance.</li><li>Exhibit outstanding problem-solving capabilities while providing knowledgeable and friendly customer service.</li><li>Display patience, empathy, an ability to manage stress, and work under pressure.</li></ul>Additional Client Program Technology Standards:<ul><li>PC check/ approval is required to proceed with registration</li><li>Memory: 8 GB required</li><li>Dual monitors are required. Laptop screen does not count as monitor*</li><li>Supported resolutions:</li><li>2K Monitors: Up to 4 monitors with a maximum display resolution of 2560x1600 pixels per monitor are supported</li><li>4K Monitors: Up to 2 monitors with a maximum display resolution of 4096x2160 pixels per monitor are supported</li><li>Hardwired internet connection (Ethernet cable only) NO WIFI***</li><li>Hardwired USB noise-cancelling headset with phone-quality audio</li><li>Webcam is required during certification.</li></ul>Training: <ul><li>Training for this opportunity is 4/20-5/15/2026, Mon-Fri 9a-3p</li><li>After certification agents can service hours: Most Intervals Available Monday &ndash; Friday 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. ET.
