Remote Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative

Job Summary
Inbound Customer Service - Chat, Email and Phone

What you will do:

  • Resolve customer issues or questions
  • Process payment deferrals and installment plans
  • Attempt to save customers who may be moving, unhappy with the plan, or current rate
  • Quickly identify customer needs in the first few minutes of the call to offer the appropriate plan
  • Enroll the customer in the correct plan
  • Strive to resolve customer issues on the first call
  • Demonstrate knowledge of processes and policies
  • Build trust and rapport with the customer through clear, respectful interactions
  • Always strive to ensure that overall customer satisfaction remains high while resolving issues
  • Understand ‘client call flow’ and regulations
  • Ensure no Public Utilities Commission Complaints are filed

Experience

  • Proven experience in customer support or client services within a call center or similar environment.
  • Ability to speak both business and conversational Spanish and English fluently.
  • Ability to follow processes and workflows for compliance.
  • Exhibit outstanding problem-solving capabilities while providing knowledgeable and friendly customer service.
  • Display patience, empathy, an ability to manage stress, and work under pressure.

Additional Client Program Technology Standards:

  • PC check/ approval is required to proceed with registration
  • Memory: 8 GB required
  • Dual monitors are required. Laptop screen does not count as monitor*
  • Supported resolutions:
  • 2K Monitors: Up to 4 monitors with a maximum display resolution of 2560x1600 pixels per monitor are supported
  • 4K Monitors: Up to 2 monitors with a maximum display resolution of 4096x2160 pixels per monitor are supported
  • Hardwired internet connection (Ethernet cable only) NO WIFI***
  • Hardwired USB noise-cancelling headset with phone-quality audio
  • Webcam is required during certification.

Training:

  • Training for this opportunity is 4/20-5/15/2026, Mon-Fri 9a-3p
  • After certification agents can service hours: Most Intervals Available Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. ET. Intervals Available 24/7/365 (Overnight hours are limited)

Pay: $15.00 per hour
