Job DescriptionWe are hiring a Logistics Executive for our operations in Qatar, supporting logistics, procurement, and supply chain activities across trading and distribution functions.The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in logistics coordination, inventory management, customs clearance, and documentation, with strong knowledge of the local Qatar market.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Handle purchasing and procurement activities, including coordination with local suppliers</li><li>Manage inventory and stock control, ensuring accurate records and availability</li><li>Coordinate customs clearance and import&ndash;export procedures in compliance with Qatar regulations</li><li>Prepare and manage shipping and trade documentation (invoices, packing lists, BL, COO, etc.)</li><li>Liaise with freight forwarders, clearing agents, and transporters</li><li>Ensure timely follow-up on shipments, deliveries, and documentation</li><li>Support internal teams with logistics and supply chain requirements</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>3&ndash;5 years of relevant experience in logistics, supply chain, or trading operations</li><li>Good knowledge of Qatar customs procedures and local suppliers</li><li>Experience working with vendors, clearing agents, and freight forwarders</li><li>Strong coordination, follow-up, and documentation skills</li><li>Proficient in MS Office; ERP experience is an advantage</li><li>Valid driving license (Qatar / GCC / transferable) &ndash; mandatory</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: QAR8,000.00 - QAR10,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Do you Have Valid Driving Liscence?</li><li>Do you have Experience in Purchase/Procurement?</li><li>Do you have Exp in Inventory Control?</li><li>Do you have Experience in Customs?</li><li>Availability to Join?</li></ul>
