Key Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service and enhance in-store experience

Drive sales through upselling and cross-selling

Handle POS transactions and maintain cash accuracy

Ensure proper product display, pricing, and stock availability

Assist customers with queries and resolve concerns effectively

Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards

Requirements

Saudi nationals (Male & Female)

Minimum 2–3 years of retail sales experience

Experience in fitness / sports retail is a strong advantage

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Customer-focused with a team-oriented approach

Immediate joiners preferred

Preferred

Background in fitness training or sports industry

Bachelor’s degree (Marketing or related field) is a plus
