Concrete Laborer &mdash; $20&ndash;$36 per HourMain Executive is hiring a hardworking Concrete Laborer for concrete construction projects throughout Appleton, the Fox Valley, Northeast Wisconsin, and surrounding areas.We're hiring enthusiastic, trustworthy and forward-moving people.This is a full-time, hands-on construction position. The Concrete Laborer will assist with demolition, excavation, grading, forming, reinforcing, pouring, finishing, cleanup, and general jobsite operations.Pay is $20&ndash;$36 per hour, based on construction experience, attendance, work ethic, productivity, skills, reliability, and willingness to learn.Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare concrete jobsites</li><li>Remove concrete and load debris</li><li>Carry, clean, and organize tools and materials</li><li>Assist with grading and base preparation</li><li>Set and strip concrete forms</li><li>Install rebar and wire reinforcement</li><li>Help pour, spread, screed, edge, broom, and finish concrete</li><li>Operate hand tools and small equipment</li><li>Maintain clean and safe jobsites</li><li>Follow foreman instructions and company safety procedures</li><li>Report safety concerns promptly</li><li>Assist with other construction duties as assigned</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Construction experience preferred</li><li>Concrete experience helpful but not required</li><li>Strong work ethic and dependable attendance</li><li>Ability to follow instructions and learn new skills</li><li>Reliable transportation</li><li>Ability to work effectively with a crew</li><li>Willingness to perform demanding outdoor labor</li><li>Ability to arrive on time and ready to work</li><li>Ability to communicate clearly with foremen and crew members</li></ul>Schedule<ul><li>Full-time</li><li>Monday through Friday</li><li>Early morning start times</li><li>Overtime may be required</li><li>Hours may vary based on weather, workload, and project schedules</li></ul>Physical Requirements<ul><li>Ability to lift and carry at least 50 pounds</li><li>Ability to bend, kneel, squat, push, pull, and climb</li><li>Ability to stand and walk for extended periods</li><li>Ability to perform repetitive physical work</li><li>Ability to work outdoors in heat, cold, wind, and changing weather</li><li>Ability to safely work around equipment, trucks, and active jobsites</li></ul>Our StandardsOur core values are:Character.
