Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will craft exceptional beverages, deliver outstanding customer service, and create memorable experiences for our guests. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your mixology skills, engage with diverse clientele, and be a key part of our dynamic venue.Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently while maintaining high quality standards.</li><li>Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, ensuring their needs are met promptly and courteously.</li><li>Manage cash handling and POS transactions accurately using TOAST.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.</li><li>Monitor guest behavior to promote a safe environment, especially during busy nightclub or banquet events.</li><li>Restock bar supplies, ingredients, and glassware as needed to ensure seamless service throughout shifts.</li><li>Collaborate with kitchen staff for events and daily specials.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Current city of Green Bay Operator's license (or ability to obtain one upon hire)</li><li>Proven experience as a bartender with strong customer service skills.</li><li>Proficiency in, or willingness to learn, POS systems such as TOAST.</li><li>Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders during peak hours without compromising quality.</li><li>Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.</li><li>Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, billing, and inventory management accurately.</li><li>Familiarity with beverage preparation techniques including mixing and serving alcohol responsibly.</li><li>Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members in a fast-paced environment.
