Bartender

Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our vibrant team. Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently while maintaining high quality standards.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, ensuring their needs are met promptly and courteously.
• Manage cash handling and POS transactions accurately using TOAST.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Monitor guest behavior to promote a safe environment, especially during busy nightclub or banquet events.
• Restock bar supplies, ingredients, and glassware as needed to ensure seamless service throughout shifts.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff for events and daily specials.

Skills

• Current city of Green Bay Operator's license (or ability to obtain one upon hire)
• Proven experience as a bartender with strong customer service skills.
• Proficiency in, or willingness to learn, POS systems such as TOAST.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders during peak hours without compromising quality.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
• Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, billing, and inventory management accurately.
• Familiarity with beverage preparation techniques including mixing and serving alcohol responsibly.
