Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Generate new sales leads through cold calling, networking, site visits, email, LinkedIn, and other business development activities.</li><li>Meet consultants, contractors, facility management companies, retail businesses, corporate clients, and government organizations.</li><li>Identify new project opportunities for interior fit-out, maintenance, renovation, and building improvement works.</li><li>Schedule client meetings and present company services professionally.</li><li>Follow up on enquiries and quotations until project award.</li><li>Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.</li><li>Update all client interactions and opportunities in the company's CRM system.</li><li>Coordinate with the estimation and operations teams for quotations and technical requirements.</li><li>Achieve quarterly sales targets and business development KPIs.</li><li>Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and upcoming projects.</li><li>Supplier registering with malls as listed contractors and government companies.</li><li>Payment collection and supporting the cash flow with finance team.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Minimum 2 years of UAE sales experience in Interior Fit-Out, Construction, Maintenance, MEP, Facility Management, or Building Materials.</li><li>Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory).</li><li>Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.</li><li>Good understanding of the Abu Dhabi construction market.</li><li>Ability to independently generate business opportunities.</li><li>Experience dealing with consultants, contractors, and corporate clients is preferred.</li><li>Good command of English. Arabic is an advantage.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.</li></ul>The package:<ul><li>Gross salary: AED 3,500&ndash;5,000 (Depending on Experience &amp; Transportation package)</li><li>Company visa</li><li>Medical insurance</li><li>Mobile allowance</li><li>Performance-based bonus</li><li>Annual leave and airfare as per UAE Labour Law.</li></ul>Fuel, Darb, Salik, parking charges and company car (If candidate have vehicle, the total allowance can be negotiated)The performance bonus:-<ul><li>0.5 %- 1% of finally billed gross contract value after payment collection.</li></ul>The performance bonus will be linked to projects that are awarded and collected in the due date.Job Type: Full-timePay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
