Sales Executive/ Engineer– Interior Fit-Out

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new sales leads through cold calling, networking, site visits, email, LinkedIn, and other business development activities.
• Meet consultants, contractors, facility management companies, retail businesses, corporate clients, and government organizations.
• Identify new project opportunities for interior fit-out, maintenance, renovation, and building improvement works.
• Schedule client meetings and present company services professionally.
• Follow up on enquiries and quotations until project award.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Update all client interactions and opportunities in the company's CRM system.
• Coordinate with the estimation and operations teams for quotations and technical requirements.
• Achieve quarterly sales targets and business development KPIs.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and upcoming projects.
• Supplier registering with malls as listed contractors and government companies.
• Payment collection and supporting the cash flow with finance team.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of UAE sales experience in Interior Fit-Out, Construction, Maintenance, MEP, Facility Management, or Building Materials.
• Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Good understanding of the Abu Dhabi construction market.
• Ability to independently generate business opportunities.
• Experience dealing with consultants, contractors, and corporate clients is preferred.
• Good command of English. Arabic is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

The package:

• Gross salary: AED 3,500–5,000 (Depending on Experience & Transportation package)

• Annual leave and airfare as per UAE Labour Law.

Fuel, Darb, Salik, parking charges and company car (If candidate have vehicle, the total allowance can be negotiated)

The performance bonus:-

• 0.5 %- 1% of finally billed gross contract value after payment collection.

The performance bonus will be linked to projects that are awarded and collected in the due date.
