Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive – Interior Fit-Out & Projects to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing strong client relationships, and driving project sales across the UAE market.

This role is ideal for a sales professional with experience in interior fit-out, project sales, architectural products, or construction-related solutions who is passionate about business development and achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the interior fit-out and construction sectors.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, architects, interior designers, and developers.
• Generate leads and actively pursue project opportunities across the UAE.
• Conduct client meetings, site visits, and project presentations.
• Understand client requirements and propose suitable fit-out and interior solutions.
• Coordinate with design, estimation, and project teams to prepare proposals and quotations.
• Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close sales opportunities.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and business development updates.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Interior Design, Architecture, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of UAE experience in Interior Fit-Out, Project Sales, Architectural Products, Construction Materials, or Building Solutions.
• Proven track record in business development and sales target achievement.
• Strong understanding of fit-out projects, interiors, construction processes, and project cycles.
• Existing network of consultants, contractors, architects, interior designers, and developers within the UAE market is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
• Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
• Arabic language skills will be an advantage.
