Sales executive - Interior Fitouts & HVAC Contracting

Role overview

We are looking for a confident, self-driven Sales Executive to handle outdoor business development across both our divisions Interior Fit-Out and HVAC Contracting. One role, two strong service lines, unlimited earning potential through commission.

Key responsibilities

• Reach out to potential clients through calls, WhatsApp, social media and referrals
• Respond promptly to incoming enquiries and qualify leads.
• Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and follow-up communications.
• Schedule and attend client meetings and site visits.
• Maintain organised records of leads, follow-ups and client interactions.
• Support the team in achieving monthly sales targets.

Your Day-to-Day:

• Generate leads and visit potential clients for both fit-out and HVAC projects
• Target villa/apartment owners, developers, property managers, main contractors, FM companies, and consultants
• Present our fit-out portfolio and HVAC contracting capabilities to decision-makers
• Follow up on inquiries, prepare and submit quotations, and close deals
• Build a strong referral network across real estate, construction, and FM sectors
• Coordinate with both teams for accurate proposals, BOQs, and pricing
• Attend networking events, property expos, and trade gatherings
• Maintain lead tracker and report pipeline activity to management

What We're Looking For:

• 1–3 years UAE sales experience , fit-out, construction, HVAC or MEP preferred
• Freshers with strong communication skills and a drive to sell also welcome
• Confident, presentable, and professional
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a strong advantage)
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in the field

What We Offer:

• Basic Salary: AED 3,000 – 3,500/month (based on experience)
• Commission on every confirmed project — Interior fit-outs and HVAC both
