Role overviewWe are looking for a confident, self-driven Sales Executive to handle outdoor business development across both our divisions Interior Fit-Out and HVAC Contracting. One role, two strong service lines, unlimited earning potential through commission.Key responsibilities<ul><li>Reach out to potential clients through calls, WhatsApp, social media and referrals</li><li>Respond promptly to incoming enquiries and qualify leads.</li><li>Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and follow-up communications.</li><li>Schedule and attend client meetings and site visits.</li><li>Maintain organised records of leads, follow-ups and client interactions.</li><li>Support the team in achieving monthly sales targets.</li></ul>Your Day-to-Day:<ul><li>Generate leads and visit potential clients for both fit-out and HVAC projects</li><li>Target villa/apartment owners, developers, property managers, main contractors, FM companies, and consultants</li><li>Present our fit-out portfolio and HVAC contracting capabilities to decision-makers</li><li>Follow up on inquiries, prepare and submit quotations, and close deals</li><li>Build a strong referral network across real estate, construction, and FM sectors</li><li>Coordinate with both teams for accurate proposals, BOQs, and pricing</li><li>Attend networking events, property expos, and trade gatherings</li><li>Maintain lead tracker and report pipeline activity to management</li></ul>What We're Looking For:<ul><li>1&ndash;3 years UAE sales experience , fit-out, construction, HVAC or MEP preferred</li><li>Freshers with strong communication skills and a drive to sell also welcome</li><li>Confident, presentable, and professional</li><li>Fluent in English (Arabic is a strong advantage)</li><li>Self-motivated and able to work independently in the field</li></ul>✅ Preferred Female candidates with own sponsorship visa (self / husband / father sponsored) ✅ Must have valid UAE driving licence ✅ Must be based in or able to commute within DubaiWhat We Offer:<ul><li>Basic Salary: AED 3,000 &ndash; 3,500/month (based on experience)</li><li>Commission on every confirmed project &mdash; Interior fit-outs and HVAC both</li><li>Fuel allowance</li><li>Phone allowance</li><li>Flexible field-based role with strong management support</li></ul>How to apply Send your CV to info@saminteriorfitouts.com with the subject line &quot;Sales Executive Application&quot;.
