Sales Executive

Job Description

• Identify target market segments and prepare a weekly action plan
• Develop and maintain customer relationships to meet sales forecasts and targets
• Identify client's apparel needs and present a suitable workwear solution to add value
• Negotiate terms and be successful on closing orders (costs, delivery, and specifications) and be able to close the deal
• Regularly meet clients and keep them updated on their orders and resolve any client concerns
• Execute excellent customer service with technical fabric and garment knowledge
• Prepare and present proposals and maintain follow-up for feedback
• Share performance during weekly sales meeting

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of field sales experience of Uniform apparel sales in UAE.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the UAE with a strong network of procurement contacts in the medical, industrial and hospitality sectors.
• Past annual sales target achieved between AED 800,000 to AED 2.5 M
• Bonus: Experience with tenders (ADGPG.gov.ae, esupply) and bids in the GCC
• Advanced communication and presentation skills
• Strong market analysis and research abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
• Valid UAE driver's license, own car is a bonus

Our compensation package is designed to reward performance and drive success. It includes a competitive base salary plus attractive commission and bonus.
