Sales Executive

To achieve sales targets by promoting and selling tiles, sanitary ware, bathroom accessories, and related building materials to retail customers, contractors, consultants, interior designers, and project clients while maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, consultants, builders, architects, interior designers, and retail customers.
• Generate new business opportunities and identify potential customers for tiles and sanitary ware products.
• Conduct customer visits, product presentations, and showroom demonstrations.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate prices within company guidelines, and follow up on sales inquiries.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management.
• Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics team to ensure timely delivery of customer orders.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, quotations, orders, and collections.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Assist customers in selecting suitable products based on project specifications and budgets.
• Follow up on outstanding payments and support the accounts department in collection activities.
• Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional events as required.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain professional conduct at all times.
• Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of sales experience in tiles, sanitary ware, building materials, or construction products.
• Knowledge of UAE construction and building materials market is preferred.
• Valid UAE Driving License is an advantage.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
