Job Purpose:
Eiger Marvel is seeking an energetic, target-driven Sales Executive to drive the growth of our B2B recruitment and HR consulting services. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new corporate clients within the UAE market, building robust B2B relationships, and offering tailored recruitment solutions to meet their hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation: Actively prospect and identify new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn networking, and face-to-face meetings across the UAE.
• Client Acquisition: Pitch HR and recruitment services to corporate clients, understand their staffing requirements, and onboard them as active business partners.
• Account Management: Maintain and nurture strong, long-term professional relationships with new and existing clients to ensure repeat business and brand loyalty.
• Proposals & Negotiation: Schedule corporate meetings, draft and present business proposals, and negotiate commercial terms/service fees to successfully close deals.
• Market Intelligence: Monitor UAE market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to optimize sales strategies.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate closely with the internal recruitment team to ensure client job orders are fulfilled with high-quality candidates efficiently.

Requirements:

• Experience: 1 to 3 years of proven B2B sales experience in the UAE market. (Prior experience in HR Consultancies, Recruitment agencies, or Corporate Services is highly preferred).
• Communication Skills: Exceptional command of written and spoken English with strong negotiation and presentation skills. Proficiency in Urdu/Hindi is an added advantage.
• Market Knowledge: A solid understanding of the UAE corporate sector, business setup landscapes, and local hiring trends.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and familiar with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce).
• Attributes: Target-oriented, self-motivated, resilient, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
