 Role Description
 
 
 
 We&rsquo;re looking for an
 
 Account Coordinator
 
 to join our growing team &mdash; someone who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment and is passionate about
 
 luxury, creativity, and exceptional client service.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 In this role, you&rsquo;ll support the day-to-day management of client accounts, assist in campaigns workflows from pitch to execution, and learn the full cycle of creative agency work. Working closely with senior account and creative teams, you&rsquo;ll help coordinate projects, streamline processes, track deliverables, and maintain the high standards our clients' expectations.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 What You&rsquo;ll Do
 
 
 
 
 Client Management
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Draft thoughtful and strategic client communications
 </li>
 <li>
 Capture detailed meeting notes and translate them into actionable next steps
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare status reports, agendas, and presentations that keep clients confident
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Project Management
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Support in the management of project timelines, ensure key deadlines are being met, and coordinate between client, internal teams and external partners
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain calendars, facilitate check-ins and leadership reviews, and manage follow-ups
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain organized project folders and workflow
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Production &amp; Operations
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Assist the planning, coordinating, and execution of content campaigns from concept through final delivery
 </li>
 <li>
 Help prepare contracts, budgets, production paperwork, and operational elements
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Agency Growth
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Contribute to pitch presentations through research, competitive analysis, and deck development
 </li>
 <li>
 Stay current to emerging trends, cultural movements, and brand innovations
 </li>
 <li>
 Bring fresh thinking and creative energy to brainstorms and help refine processes as we scale
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Who You Are

 <li>

 </li>
 <li>
 Confident, collaborative, and solutions-oriented in client and team interactions
 </li>
 <li>
 Highly organized with sharp attention to detail and strong communication skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
 </li>
 <li>
 Passionate about how agencies work and about the world of luxury
 </li>
 <li>
 1-2 years in project coordination, account management, and/or production; prior experience in an agency or client-facing role is preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 Must be based in New York City and available to work in-office four days per week
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Candidates must have current authorization to work in the U.S.
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Compensation Range
 
 
 
 $49,000 - $54,000 annually plus benefits
 
 
 
 
 
 Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Maison BETC reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
