This role ensures smooth store execution, strong customer experience, effective inventory coordination, and consistent alignment between retail teams, management, and brand standards. The Retail Coordinator plays a key role in maintaining operational excellence and driving sales performance across retail locations.Key ResponsibilitiesRetail Operations Support<ul><li>Assist in the day-to-day coordination of retail store activities</li><li>Ensure all stores follow company policies, procedures, and visual merchandising standards</li><li>Monitor store readiness, cleanliness, and product presentation</li></ul>Sales &amp; Performance Tracking<ul><li>Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance across retail outlets</li><li>Prepare basic sales reports and highlight trends or issues to management</li><li>Support store teams in achieving sales targets</li></ul>Inventory Coordination<ul><li>Assist in stock management, including receiving, transferring, and replenishment of goods</li><li>Coordinate with warehouse and suppliers to ensure product availability</li><li>Help conduct regular stock counts and audits</li></ul>Customer Experience<ul><li>Ensure a high standard of customer service across all retail points</li><li>Handle or escalate customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback appropriately</li><li>Support staff training on customer engagement standards</li></ul>Visual Merchandising Support<ul><li>Assist in implementing seasonal displays and promotional setups</li><li>Ensure brand guidelines are consistently followed in all stores</li></ul>Communication &amp; Administration<ul><li>Act as a liaison between retail stores, management, and other departments</li><li>Maintain accurate records of retail operations and reporting documents</li><li>Support scheduling, coordination of store staff, and operational communications</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field preferred</li><li>2&ndash;4 years of experience in retail operations or coordination</li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking skills</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, reporting tools)</li><li>Experience in luxury or premium retail is an advantage</li></ul>Preferred Attributes<ul><li>Detail-oriented and highly organized</li><li>Strong problem-solving mindset</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment</li><li>Customer-focused attitude with strong service orientation</li></ul>الراتب المدفوع: QAR٠٫٠٠&nbsp;لكل عامموقع العمل: بشكل شخصي
