Position Summary

The Retail Coordinator supports the daily operations of Maison Monelys LLC’s retail activities in Doha. This role ensures smooth store execution, strong customer experience, effective inventory coordination, and consistent alignment between retail teams, management, and brand standards. The Retail Coordinator plays a key role in maintaining operational excellence and driving sales performance across retail locations.

Key Responsibilities

Retail Operations Support

  • Assist in the day-to-day coordination of retail store activities
  • Ensure all stores follow company policies, procedures, and visual merchandising standards
  • Monitor store readiness, cleanliness, and product presentation

Sales & Performance Tracking

  • Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance across retail outlets
  • Prepare basic sales reports and highlight trends or issues to management
  • Support store teams in achieving sales targets

Inventory Coordination

  • Assist in stock management, including receiving, transferring, and replenishment of goods
  • Coordinate with warehouse and suppliers to ensure product availability
  • Help conduct regular stock counts and audits

Customer Experience

  • Ensure a high standard of customer service across all retail points
  • Handle or escalate customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback appropriately
  • Support staff training on customer engagement standards

Visual Merchandising Support

  • Assist in implementing seasonal displays and promotional setups
  • Ensure brand guidelines are consistently followed in all stores

Communication & Administration

  • Act as a liaison between retail stores, management, and other departments
  • Maintain accurate records of retail operations and reporting documents
  • Support scheduling, coordination of store staff, and operational communications

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field preferred
  • 2–4 years of experience in retail operations or coordination
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, reporting tools)
  • Experience in luxury or premium retail is an advantage
