This is a great opportunity for someone who&rsquo;s passionate about storytelling, content creation, and community outreach. Whether you&rsquo;re building a portfolio or already experienced in marketing, there&rsquo;s room to grow and make an impact.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assist with managing and growing our social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)</li><li>Capture and curate content from project sites (photos/videos of decks, railings, etc.)</li><li>Design and schedule engaging posts and stories using tools like Canva</li><li>Support email campaigns, website updates, and blog posts as needed</li><li>Help create marketing materials for print and digital (flyers, mailers, signage)</li><li>Contribute ideas for seasonal promotions, local outreach, and brand growth strategies</li><li>Coordinate with office staff and installers to gather content and highlight recent work</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation tools</li><li>Strong organizational and communication skills</li><li>Interest in marketing, branding, or digital media</li><li>Comfortable taking photos/videos on-site (camera or phone)</li><li>A positive, self-motivated attitude with an eye for detail</li><li>Bonus: basic knowledge of graphic design, video editing, or SEO is a plus (but not required)</li></ul>Why Join Us:At 3 Brothers Decking, we believe in investing in our team members&rsquo; growth and success.
