As a Marketing Assistant, you will help bring our brand to life across digital platforms and in our local community, helping more people discover what makes 3 Brothers Decking truly exceptional.

Position: Marketing Assistant

Are you creative, organized, and excited to help a growing company stand out? 3 Brothers Decking is seeking a Marketing Assistant to join our Coeur d'Alene team. This is a great opportunity for someone who’s passionate about storytelling, content creation, and community outreach. Whether you’re building a portfolio or already experienced in marketing, there’s room to grow and make an impact.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with managing and growing our social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
• Capture and curate content from project sites (photos/videos of decks, railings, etc.)
• Design and schedule engaging posts and stories using tools like Canva
• Support email campaigns, website updates, and blog posts as needed
• Help create marketing materials for print and digital (flyers, mailers, signage)
• Contribute ideas for seasonal promotions, local outreach, and brand growth strategies
• Coordinate with office staff and installers to gather content and highlight recent work

Requirements:

• Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation tools
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Interest in marketing, branding, or digital media
• Comfortable taking photos/videos on-site (camera or phone)
• A positive, self-motivated attitude with an eye for detail
• Bonus: basic knowledge of graphic design, video editing, or SEO is a plus (but not required)

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
