Leasing &amp; Tenant AcquisitionIdentify and attract new retail brands and tenantsSecure leases for shops, kiosks, and pop-up spacesMaintain optimal occupancy levels in malls (e.g., City Centre Muscat)2. Negotiation &amp; ContractsNegotiate rental rates, lease terms, and renewalsPrepare tenancy agreements and commercial proposalsWork with legal teams for contract finalization3. Revenue &amp; Budget TargetsAchieve annual leasing revenue targetsMonitor occupancy rates and rental performanceSupport mall revenue strategy (base rent, turnover rent, short-term leasing)4. Tenant Relationship ManagementMaintain relationships with existing tenantsHandle renewals, relocations, and expansionsResolve leasing-related issues and support tenant satisfaction5. Market Research &amp; StrategyAnalyze retail trends and competitor mallsRecommend rental pricing based on market demandIdentify gaps in mall tenant mix (fashion, F&amp;B, entertainment)6. Coordination &amp; ReportingCoordinate with mall operations, marketing, and finance teamsPrepare leasing reports and forecastsTrack vacancies, renewals, and pipeline dealsSkills &amp; Requirements:Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or related fieldStrong negotiation and communication skillsExperience in real estate / retail leasing (preferred)Understanding of mall operations and retail brandsCRM and Excel/reporting skillsJob Type: Full-timePay: From RO900.000 per monthWork Location: In person
