This role is for someone who wants to be the face and brain behind a brand's growth. NOT just push out content, but drive actual conversions. You will be responsible for creating, analyzing, and scaling all things social and digital, based on real-time performance metrics and strategy shifts.What You&rsquo;ll Be Doing<ul><li>Own the strategy + execution across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and others for all three brands</li><li>Create authentic multimedia content from scratch (photo, video, copy, reels, stories, etc.)</li><li>Shoot and edit content directly on-site at properties, events, and local hotspots</li><li>Track analytics (reach, engagement, CTR, conversions), learn from the data, and pivot accordingly</li><li>Plan and deploy weekly/monthly content calendars aligned with business goals</li><li>Build funnels that actually drive traffic, leads, and bookings/sales</li><li>Collaborate with brokerage, rental, and tech teams for aligned messaging and campaigns</li><li>Monitor trends and platform changes &mdash; know what&rsquo;s coming before everyone else</li><li>Provide regular reports and actionable insights based on performance</li></ul>We Need Someone Who<ul><li>Lives in (or is relocating to) Miami &mdash; this is an in-person position</li><li>Is not afraid to take risks or try new formats - Bold, creative, and unafraid to experiment with new tactics</li><li>Understands (or is willing to learn) luxury audiences (for real estate &amp; vacation rentals) and tech-forward millennial travelers (for TravelPal)</li><li>Can act as both creator and strategist: filming, editing, scripting, to analyzing what works</li><li>Is self-driven, vocal with ideas, and brings creative solutions to the table</li><li>Knows how to make content that converts, not just &ldquo;looks pretty&rdquo;</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Experience<ul><li>3+ years of hands-on content creation + social media management</li><li>Strong portfolio of original social campaigns (not just editing)</li><li>Skilled in tools like CapCut, Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere, Canva, Lightroom, etc.</li><li>Excellent on-camera skills or ability to direct UGC/talent confidently</li><li>Deep experience with data tracking + content optimization</li><li>Knows how to build social accounts from zero to growth</li><li>Experience with Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or email marketing is a plus</li><li>Comfortable working across multiple brands and priorities simultaneously</li></ul>Bonus If You Have<ul><li>Knowledge of Miami&rsquo;s real estate and hospitality scene</li><li>Familiarity with SEO, web content, and newsletters</li><li>Drone footage or advanced camera experience</li><li>UGC creator management experience</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Full ownership of social content strategy across three growing brands</li><li>Business expenses covered &mdash; content tools, site visits, travel for shoots, etc.</li><li>Regular access to the Fontainebleau Resort, including opportunities to network with high-profile guests and partners</li><li>Direct collaboration with the company&rsquo;s leadership team and decision-makers</li><li>Room to grow &mdash; potential to increase pay, build your own creative team, and take on more responsibility as the brands scale</li><li>Freedom to travel and create content across luxury properties and destinations at the company&rsquo;s expense</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $773.00 - $817.00 per weekBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Flexible spending account</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Professional development assistance</li><li>Referral program</li></ul>Work Location: In person
