MAK is a multi-brand group based in Miami. We operate:
- MAK Realty Group: A boutique luxury real estate brokerage.
- MAK Vacation Rentals: A premium vacation rental & hospitality service.
- TravelPal: An AI-driven travel planner focused on building custom itineraries.
We’re growing and need someone who doesn’t just post — we need someone who leads, creates, tests, and builds online presence and engagement across all three brands. This role is for someone who wants to be the face and brain behind a brand's growth. NOT just push out content, but drive actual conversions. You will be responsible for creating, analyzing, and scaling all things social and digital, based on real-time performance metrics and strategy shifts.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own the strategy + execution across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and others for all three brands
- Create authentic multimedia content from scratch (photo, video, copy, reels, stories, etc.)
- Shoot and edit content directly on-site at properties, events, and local hotspots
- Track analytics (reach, engagement, CTR, conversions), learn from the data, and pivot accordingly
- Plan and deploy weekly/monthly content calendars aligned with business goals
- Build funnels that actually drive traffic, leads, and bookings/sales
- Collaborate with brokerage, rental, and tech teams for aligned messaging and campaigns
- Monitor trends and platform changes — know what’s coming before everyone else
- Provide regular reports and actionable insights based on performance
We Need Someone Who
- Lives in (or is relocating to) Miami — this is an in-person position
- Is not afraid to take risks or try new formats - Bold, creative, and unafraid to experiment with new tactics
- Understands (or is willing to learn) luxury audiences (for real estate & vacation rentals) and tech-forward millennial travelers (for TravelPal)
- Can act as both creator and strategist: filming, editing, scripting, to analyzing what works
- Is self-driven, vocal with ideas, and brings creative solutions to the table
- Knows how to make content that converts, not just “looks pretty”
Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of hands-on content creation + social media management
- Strong portfolio of original social campaigns (not just editing)
- Skilled in tools like CapCut, Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere, Canva, Lightroom, etc.
- Excellent on-camera skills or ability to direct UGC/talent confidently
- Deep experience with data tracking + content optimization
- Knows how to build social accounts from zero to growth
- Experience with Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or email marketing is a plus
- Comfortable working across multiple brands and priorities simultaneously
Bonus If You Have
- Knowledge of Miami’s real estate and hospitality scene
- Familiarity with SEO, web content, and newsletters
- Drone footage or advanced camera experience
- UGC creator management experience
