We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chilled Water AC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge and hands-on experience in the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of chilled water air conditioning systems. This role focuses strictly on central/chilled water systems and does not include window or split (DX) units.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Perform routine maintenance of chilled water AC systems</li><li>Diagnose and repair faults in chillers, AHUs, FCUs, pumps, and associated systems</li><li>Monitor system performance and ensure optimal efficiency</li><li>Handle preventive and corrective maintenance tasks</li><li>Ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures</li><li>Coordinate with supervisors and report system issues promptly</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Proven experience in chilled water AC systems (mandatory)</li><li>Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, specifically central cooling systems</li><li>Ability to read technical drawings and system diagrams</li><li>Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills</li><li>Minimum [3] years of relevant experience</li><li>Diploma or certification in HVAC or related field preferred</li></ul>Preferred:<ul><li>Experience working in residential towers or commercial buildings</li><li>Good communication skills</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency repairs</li></ul>Work Location: On the road
