Chilled Water AC Technician

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chilled Water AC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge and hands-on experience in the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of chilled water air conditioning systems. This role focuses strictly on central/chilled water systems and does not include window or split (DX) units.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance of chilled water AC systems
• Diagnose and repair faults in chillers, AHUs, FCUs, pumps, and associated systems
• Monitor system performance and ensure optimal efficiency
• Handle preventive and corrective maintenance tasks
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures
• Coordinate with supervisors and report system issues promptly

Requirements:

• Proven experience in chilled water AC systems (mandatory)
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, specifically central cooling systems
• Ability to read technical drawings and system diagrams
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Minimum [3] years of relevant experience
• Diploma or certification in HVAC or related field preferred

Preferred:

• Experience working in residential towers or commercial buildings
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency repairs
