VRV / VRF AC Technician

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced VRV/VRF AC Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of VRV/VRF air conditioning systems in commercial, residential, and industrial facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Install VRV/VRF indoor and outdoor units.
• Perform refrigerant piping, pressure testing, vacuuming, and gas charging.
• Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults.
• Troubleshoot communication and control system errors.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and system inspections.
• Read and interpret HVAC drawings, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
• Ensure proper operation of compressors, fans, sensors, controllers, and related equipment.
• Monitor system performance and optimize energy efficiency.
• Maintain accurate service and maintenance records.

Requirements

• Diploma or Technical Certification in HVAC, Refrigeration, or Air Conditioning.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience with VRV/VRF systems.
• Strong knowledge of refrigeration principles, electrical controls, and HVAC troubleshooting.
• Ability to read technical drawings and electrical schematics.
• Experience with installation, commissioning, and maintenance of VRV/VRF systems.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
