Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled and experienced Retail IT Manager to oversee the day-to-day IT operations across our retail locations. This role involves managing technology systems that support in-store operations, POS systems, inventory systems, and digital integrations, while ensuring data security and uptime across all locations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT management within a retail environment, excellent leadership skills, and a proactive approach to technology solutions.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and support of retail IT systems, including:</li><li>Point-of-Sale (POS) systems</li><li>Inventory management systems</li><li>Network infrastructure</li><li>In-store digital signage and kiosks</li><li>Mobile devices and tablets used in-store</li><li>Act as the primary liaison between IT and store operations, ensuring alignment with business goals.</li><li>Manage IT support for retail staff, providing timely resolution to technical issues.</li><li>Lead the rollout of new technology and software upgrades across stores.</li><li>Collaborate with vendors and service providers for hardware, software, and network services.</li><li>Monitor and ensure the security of IT systems and compliance with data protection regulations.</li><li>Develop and maintain documentation for IT procedures, store onboarding, and troubleshooting guides.</li><li>Provide training to store staff on IT systems and security best practices.</li><li>Track and manage IT budgets related to retail operations.</li><li>Ensure business continuity and disaster recovery plans are in place and tested.</li></ul>Qualifications:Education &amp; Experience:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.</li><li>5+ years of IT experience, with at least 2+ years in a retail environment.</li><li>Prior experience managing retail systems (POS, inventory, CRM, etc.)</li></ul>Skills &amp; Competencies:<ul><li>Strong technical knowledge of retail technologies (POS, networking, handheld devices, cloud platforms).</li><li>Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Strong leadership and project management abilities.</li><li>Familiarity with ITIL processes and service desk management.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and adapt quickly to change.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Experience with retail ERP systems (e.g., Oracle Retail, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP).</li><li>Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and compliance (PCI-DSS, GDPR, etc.).</li><li>IT certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Cisco CCNA, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, etc.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED6,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month

Retail IT manager

The Accommodations Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of company-provided staff accommodation. This includes overseeing housing facilities, room allocation, maintenance coordination, ensuring health and safety compliance, and providing a comfortable, well-maintained living environment for all employees.Key Responsibilities:&middot; Manage daily operations of company staff accommodations, including room assignments, check-ins/check-outs, and general supervision.&middot; Ensure accommodation facilities meet company standards in cleanliness, safety, and living conditions.&middot; Maintain accurate records of occupancy, room availability, and staff movement.&middot; Coordinate with HR and department heads for housing needs of incoming or transferring employees.&middot; Supervise housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams to ensure smooth functioning of the accommodation.&middot; Handle employee concerns or complaints related to accommodation and resolve issues promptly.&middot; Conduct regular inspections of rooms, common areas, and facilities to identify maintenance needs and ensure proper upkeep.&middot; Maintain an inventory of furniture, appliances, and other accommodation supplies; request replacements or repairs as needed.&middot; Ensure compliance with health, safety, and fire regulations.&middot; Prepare and manage accommodation reports, budgets, and cost controls.&middot; Oversee vendor contracts and service providers for cleaning, pest control, laundry, maintenance, etc.&middot; Support onboarding of new employees by providing accommodation orientation and support.&middot; Assure safety and healthy procedures are fully followed at the accommodation&middot; Apply the rules and regulation of the company policy and make sure the accommodation staff follows the procedures, Report management for staff problems&middot; Daily Random checking all the flats.&middot; Reporting the issues and complaints from flats.&middot; Sending the work to the main concerned department.&middot; Checking ladies staff in out timing as per the company rules.&middot; Arrange rooms ,bedroom for new staff&middot; Arrange new staff matters (pillow- blanket bag)&middot; Monthly wise submit reports to HR department /security Department about the vacant rooms and spaces.Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:&middot; Strong organizational and leadership skills.&middot; Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.&middot; Knowledge of property/facility management and health &amp; safety standards.&middot; Ability to manage multi-occupancy housing and resolve conflicts.&middot; Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and property management software (if applicable).&middot; Ability to handle emergencies and remain calm under pressure.Educational Requirements:&middot; Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Facilities Management, or a related field (preferred).&middot; Health &amp; Safety certification is a plus.Experience:&middot; Minimum 3 years&rsquo; experience in managing staff accommodation, camps, or similar residential facilities.&middot; Experience in working with a multicultural workforce.&middot; Prior experience in large workforce housing .Job Type: Full-timePay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month
