SAP Retail Implementation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced SAP Retail Implementation Specialist to support and manage SAP Retail implementation projects. The successful candidate will work closely with business users, IT teams, and vendors to implement, configure, and optimize SAP Retail solutions that support retail operations, inventory management, merchandising, procurement, pricing, and sales processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support SAP Retail implementation and enhancement projects.
• Gather and analyze business requirements from retail operations and stakeholders.
• Configure and customize SAP Retail modules based on business needs.
• Coordinate with business users, consultants, and vendors during implementation.
• Support master data management, including articles, vendors, sites, and pricing.
• Participate in system integration, data migration, testing, and deployment activities.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and resolve system issues.
• Provide training and support to end users after implementation.
• Monitor system performance and recommend process improvements.
• Prepare project documentation, process flows, and user manuals.
• Ensure implementation activities are completed within project timelines.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in SAP Retail implementation and support.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Retail, SAP MM (Materials Management), SAP SD (Sales and Distribution), and inventory management processes.
• Experience in full-cycle SAP implementation projects.
• Strong understanding of retail business operations, merchandising, purchasing, pricing, promotions, and inventory control.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Retail is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP Retail Certification is preferred.
• Experience in supermarket, hypermarket, FMCG, or large retail chain environments.
• Knowledge of POS integration, warehouse management, and supply chain processes.
• Experience managing multiple retail locations and large product catalogs.
• Project management experience is an added advantage.

Pay: QAR8,000.00 - QAR15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
