We&rsquo;re Hiring: Office Administrator (Lady only)Beauty &amp; Makeup Education IndustryLocation: DubaiSchedule: Full-Time | Monday&ndash;Saturday | Immediate StartMake-Up Atelier Training Center Dubai is looking for an experienced Office Administrator to join our premium beauty academy.This role is ideal for a highly organized, proactive professional with a passion for beauty, education, and high-end brand standards.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage and oversee daily office and academy operations</li><li>Coordinate schedules, classes, appointments, and internal workflows</li><li>Act as a key point of communication between management, trainers, students, and clients</li><li>Ensure smooth coordination across departments and with external partners</li><li>Support organization of masterclasses, events, and special projects</li><li>Collaborate with the marketing team to maintain consistent brand voice and visual identity</li><li>Assist with content coordination and campaign planning when required</li><li>Monitor administrative processes, documentation, and reporting</li><li>Maintain a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and brand presentation</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; CompetenciesYou must be able to:<ul><li>Effectively organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks</li><li>Handle calendars, bookings, follow-ups, and internal coordination</li><li>Communicate confidently and professionally with clients and partners</li><li>Work independently while being a strong team player</li><li>Support marketing and content initiatives when needed</li><li>Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in all administrative tasks</li></ul>Ideal Candidate Profile<ul><li>5+ years of experience in administration, office management, or operations</li><li>Previous experience in the beauty, makeup, fashion, or creative industry (strong advantage)</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Outlook</li><li>Basic understanding of Amazon store operations</li><li>Hands-on experience with TikTok and Meta Business Suite</li><li>Strong awareness of current beauty trends and digital content</li><li>Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)</li><li>Creative, well-organized, reliable, and detail-oriented</li></ul>Working Hours: 10:00 AM &ndash; 7:00 PM | Monday to SaturdayHow to Apply: Please send your CV and a short cover message explaining why you are a good fit for this role.Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
