Location: Dubai

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Saturday | Immediate Start

Make-Up Atelier Training Center Dubai is looking for an experienced Office Administrator to join our premium beauty academy.

This role is ideal for a highly organized, proactive professional with a passion for beauty, education, and high-end brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee daily office and academy operations
  • Coordinate schedules, classes, appointments, and internal workflows
  • Act as a key point of communication between management, trainers, students, and clients
  • Ensure smooth coordination across departments and with external partners
  • Support organization of masterclasses, events, and special projects
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to maintain consistent brand voice and visual identity
  • Assist with content coordination and campaign planning when required
  • Monitor administrative processes, documentation, and reporting
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and brand presentation

Required Skills & Competencies

You must be able to:

  • Effectively organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks
  • Handle calendars, bookings, follow-ups, and internal coordination
  • Communicate confidently and professionally with clients and partners
  • Work independently while being a strong team player
  • Support marketing and content initiatives when needed
  • Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in all administrative tasks

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 5+ years of experience in administration, office management, or operations
  • Previous experience in the beauty, makeup, fashion, or creative industry (strong advantage)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Outlook
  • Basic understanding of Amazon store operations
  • Hands-on experience with TikTok and Meta Business Suite
  • Strong awareness of current beauty trends and digital content
  • Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
  • Creative, well-organized, reliable, and detail-oriented

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM | Monday to Saturday
