Job Title: IT Support Specialist (Branch Office) Company: Maksheso LLC &ndash; Doha Branch Location: Doha, QatarMaksheso LLC is seeking a skilled and proactive IT Support Specialist to join our Doha branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and supporting the organization&rsquo;s IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and providing timely technical assistance to staff.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Provide first and second-level technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues</li><li>Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and peripheral devices</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve IT incidents in a timely and efficient manner</li><li>Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls</li><li>Monitor and maintain local area networks (LAN), internet connectivity, and internal systems</li><li>Support email systems, Microsoft 365/Google Workspace, and business applications</li><li>Perform regular system updates, backups, and basic cybersecurity checks</li><li>Document IT issues, solutions, and maintain support logs</li><li>Coordinate with external vendors and the head office IT team when necessary</li><li>Ensure compliance with company IT policies and security standards</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field</li><li>2+ years of experience in IT support or helpdesk roles</li><li>Strong knowledge of Windows/Mac OS, networking fundamentals, and troubleshooting techniques</li><li>Experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and common business applications</li><li>Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles</li><li>Excellent problem-solving and communication skills</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks</li><li>Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)</li></ul>Preferred Skills<ul><li>Experience in multi-branch IT environments</li><li>Knowledge of cloud services and remote support tools</li><li>IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive salary package</li><li>Professional growth opportunities</li><li>Supportive and collaborative work environment</li><li>Exposure to enterprise-level IT systems</li></ul>الراتب المدفوع: QAR٠٫٠٠&nbsp;لكل عامموقع العمل: بشكل شخصي
