Job Title: IT Support Specialist (Branch Office)
Company: Maksheso LLC – Doha Branch
Location: Doha, Qatar

Maksheso LLC is seeking a skilled and proactive IT Support Specialist to join our Doha branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and supporting the organization’s IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and providing timely technical assistance to staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first and second-level technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and peripheral devices
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT incidents in a timely and efficient manner
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls
• Monitor and maintain local area networks (LAN), internet connectivity, and internal systems
• Support email systems, Microsoft 365/Google Workspace, and business applications
• Perform regular system updates, backups, and basic cybersecurity checks
• Document IT issues, solutions, and maintain support logs
• Coordinate with external vendors and the head office IT team when necessary
• Ensure compliance with company IT policies and security standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in IT support or helpdesk roles
• Strong knowledge of Windows/Mac OS, networking fundamentals, and troubleshooting techniques
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and common business applications
• Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)

Preferred Skills

• Experience in multi-branch IT environments
• Knowledge of cloud services and remote support tools
• IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications
