Job Summary We are seeking a friendly and professional Server/Bartender to join our dynamic hospitality team. The ideal candidate will excel in providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment, whether serving in a fine dining setting, nightclub, or banquet hall. This role involves taking orders, serving food and beverages, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS is preferred, along with strong time management and sales skills. A background in food safety, food handling, and hospitality is essential to ensure high standards of service and safety.Duties<ul><li>Take and serve orders accurately using POS systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS</li><li>Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages at the bar and tables</li><li>Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests professionally and courteously</li><li>Manage cash handling and cashiering responsibilities efficiently</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, dining space, and service stations</li><li>Ensure compliance with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures</li><li>Assist in catering events, banquets, or special functions as needed</li><li>Upsell menu items to maximize sales opportunities</li><li>Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their visit and address any concerns promptly</li><li>Handle multiple tables or bar stations simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or retail math is highly desirable</li><li>Knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus</li><li>Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests effectively</li><li>Experience working in fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet environments is advantageous</li><li>Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders efficiently</li><li>Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and inventory management</li><li>Food safety certification or knowledge of food handling procedures preferred</li><li>Ability to work flexible hours including nights; experience in hospitality or brewing industry is beneficial</li><li>Strong communication skills and a professional appearance</li></ul>Join our team to deliver memorable experiences through exceptional service in a vibrant setting.
