Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and professional Server/Bartender to join our dynamic hospitality team. The ideal candidate will excel in providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment, whether serving in a fine dining setting, nightclub, or banquet hall. This role involves taking orders, serving food and beverages, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS is preferred, along with strong time management and sales skills. A background in food safety, food handling, and hospitality is essential to ensure high standards of service and safety.

Duties

• Take and serve orders accurately using POS systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages at the bar and tables
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests professionally and courteously
• Manage cash handling and cashiering responsibilities efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, dining space, and service stations
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
• Assist in catering events, banquets, or special functions as needed
• Upsell menu items to maximize sales opportunities
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their visit and address any concerns promptly
• Handle multiple tables or bar stations simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or retail math is highly desirable
• Knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests effectively
• Experience working in fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet environments is advantageous
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders efficiently
• Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and inventory management
• Food safety certification or knowledge of food handling procedures preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights; experience in hospitality or brewing industry is beneficial
• Strong communication skills and a professional appearance
