We value team players who are passionate about food service and guest relations, ensuring every guest leaves satisfied and eager to return.Duties<ul><li>Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience</li><li>Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems, ensuring clarity and efficiency</li><li>Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards and proper food handling procedures</li><li>Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities through effective suggestive selling techniques</li><li>Manage tables efficiently by bussing, resetting, and assisting hosts/hostesses to optimize seating flow during busy hours</li><li>Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are upheld by adhering to proper sanitation practices and food handling regulations</li><li>Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate timely delivery of orders in a high-energy environment such as fine dining or nightclubs</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Mandarin required.</li><li>Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments</li><li>Familiarity with POS systems</li><li>Strong customer service skills with the ability to build guest rapport and handle guest concerns professionally</li><li>Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts while maintaining attention to detail</li><li>Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures</li><li>Ability to perform basic math for cash handling and billing purposes accurately</li><li>Previous experience in serving, bussing, hosting/hostessing, or related roles within the food industry is highly desirable</li></ul>Join us if you're passionate about hospitality, eager to develop your skills in a lively environment, and committed to delivering outstanding guest experiences!Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hourWork Location: In person
