We&rsquo;re looking for a talented individual with strong desktop publishing expertise to elevate our proposal materials.Position Overview The individual will play a key role in the creation, formatting, and production of professional proposals and related documents. This role requires a high level of proficiency in Adobe InDesign and a keen eye for layout, typography, and brand consistency.Key Responsibilities&middot; Design and format proposal documents using Adobe InDesign&middot; Collaborate with proposal managers, writers, and subject matter experts to translate content into visually engaging layouts&middot; Ensure consistency with brand guidelines across all materials&middot; Manage multiple projects under tight deadlines with strong attention to detail&middot; Prepare final files for digital and print distribution&middot; Maintain and improve proposal templates, style guides, and visual assetsQualifications&middot; Proven experience in desktop publishing&middot; Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign (required)&middot; Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop)&middot; Strong typography, layout, and document formatting skills&middot; Experience working on proposals, reports, or long-form documents preferred&middot; Excellent organizational and time management skills&middot; Ability to handle feedback and revise designs efficientlyPreferred Skills&middot; Experience in proposal development, and corporate communications&middot; Familiarity with Microsoft Office (especially Word and PowerPoint integration)&middot; Understanding of print production processesWhat We Offer&middot; Flexible work environment&middot; Opportunity to work on high-impact projects&middot; Collaborative and supportive team cultureHow to Apply Please submit your resume, a brief cover letter, and a portfolio showcasing relevant desktop publishing and proposal work.Pay: From $22.00 per hourExpected hours: 40.0 per weekBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
