Position Overview
The individual will play a key role in the creation, formatting, and production of professional proposals and related documents. This role requires a high level of proficiency in Adobe InDesign and a keen eye for layout, typography, and brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities

· Design and format proposal documents using Adobe InDesign

· Collaborate with proposal managers, writers, and subject matter experts to translate content into visually engaging layouts

· Ensure consistency with brand guidelines across all materials

· Manage multiple projects under tight deadlines with strong attention to detail

· Prepare final files for digital and print distribution

· Maintain and improve proposal templates, style guides, and visual assets

Qualifications

· Proven experience in desktop publishing

· Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign (required)

· Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop)

· Strong typography, layout, and document formatting skills

· Experience working on proposals, reports, or long-form documents preferred

· Excellent organizational and time management skills

· Ability to handle feedback and revise designs efficiently

Preferred Skills

· Experience in proposal development, and corporate communications

· Familiarity with Microsoft Office (especially Word and PowerPoint integration)

· Understanding of print production processes
