  Analyze financial proposals and review budgets to ensure price accuracy, reasonableness, and consistency with quantities and technical specifications.

   Roles and Responsibilities:

   Analyze financial proposals and compare them with recognized reference prices.
  </li>
  <li>
   Assess price reasonableness and identify offers that are excessively high or illogically low.
  </li>
  <li>
   Build cost analysis models and evaluate the financial components of projects.
  </li>
  <li>
   Study operational and capital expenditures for projects when needed.
  </li>
  <li>
   Prepare financial analysis reports and provide recommendations to the technical committee.
  </li>
  <li>
   Coordinate with the Structural Technical Specialist to align costs with quantities and specifications.
  </li>

   Required Qualifications:
  </strong>
 </p>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
  </li>
  <li>
   3 to 7 years of experience in
   <strong>
    financial analysis or bid evaluation.
   </strong>
  </li>
  <li>
   Strong knowledge of
   <strong>
    financial data analysis and cost modeling, with the ability to prepare accurate financial reports and provide strategic recommendations.
   </strong>
  </li>
  <li>
   Experience in preparing budgets, periodic reports, and financial analyses to support decision-making.
  </li>
  <li>
   Good understanding of operational and capital expenditures for projects and linking them to Bills of Quantities and technical specifications.
  </li>
  <li>
   Proficiency in financial analysis software and data management systems (such as advanced Excel, Power BI, and ERP tools).
  </li>
 </ul>

  Additional advantage: holding professional certifications such as:

<p><b>Key Accountabilities
</b></p><p>Install signage, metal structures, and other related products to design specifications. Acrylic letters (face &amp; side) bending and fabrication aluminum backlit letters bending, welding, and fabrication acrylic face, aluminum siding letters bending and fabrication</p>
<p>push-through acrylic letters Fabrication acrylic boxes &amp; displays fabrication, chloroform gluing</p>
<p>Vacuum formed letters fabrication Ensure proper alignment, positioning, and mounting of signage. Assist in wiring and connecting illuminated signs, including LED systems. Cut, drill, fasten, and assemble materials using hand and power tools. Inspect materials and components before and after installation for quality. Identify and report defects, misalignments, or safety concerns. Assist in on-site adjustments and repairs as needed. Work under the general supervision of the Installation Supervisor and Senior Technician to resolve challenges. Follow all workplace safety regulations, including proper use of PPE. Follow best practices in industry for accident prevention and maintaining a safe working environment.</p>
<p><b>Educational Qualifications

<p><b>Experience
</b></p><p>1-3 years of experience in installation, construction, or a related industry.</p>

</b></p><p>Smoothening of the surfaces to be coated by sanding, brushing, and cleaning. Identifying surface defects and undertaking remedial action before commencing painting. Application of primer coats on aluminum, steel, acrylic, and wood. Ensuring proper mixing and correct applications of the base and finishing coats for its durability. Effectively using spray guns, brushes, and rollers to apply even coatings. Evaluation of the consumption quantity of the primer and paints required prior to starting the job. Assist in ordering and inventory management of coatings and related materials. Ensure proper storage and handling of paints and chemicals. Conduct final inspections to ensure smooth and high-quality finishes. Follow safety procedures for handling and disposing of paint and chemicals. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.</p>
