Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven
Business Development Specialist
to drive growth in the automotive sector. The role focuses on developing strategic partnerships, expanding dealership networks, and increasing fleet and corporate sales. The ideal candidate will have strong market knowledge, excellent relationship-building skills, and a proven track record in automotive business development.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets

Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, fleet customers, and partners

Identify new business opportunities, including dealership expansion and new brand introductions

Conduct market research on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs

Prepare and deliver business proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals

Support sales teams in securing high-value fleet and corporate agreements

Monitor pricing strategies to ensure competitive positioning

Strengthen relationships with dealers, distributors, and channel partners

Track KPIs, sales pipeline, and conversion rates

Prepare reports, forecasts, and market intelligence for management

Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, finance, aftersales) for smooth execution
Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Automotive Engineering, or related field
-
3–6 years of experience in business development or sales within the automotive industry
-
Experience in the Middle East market is preferred

Strong understanding of dealership operations, fleet sales, and automotive products
-
Experience in B2B / corporate sales is an advantage

Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems

Fluency in Mandarin and English is highly preferred
