Customer Engagement</b>: Amplify brand visibility and advocacy within on-premise segments through strategic initiatives and solutions.</div><div><b>
Commercial and Performance Strategy</b>: Strategically plan and implement brand engagement that propels growth, ensuring that market share increases for the entire portfolio.</div><div><b>
Consumer Strategy</b>: Stay abreast of customer and category trends, leveraging this knowledge to educate customers, address challenges, and optimize sales opportunities.</div><div><b>
Accountabilities</b>: Manage various portfolio initiatives with precision and timeliness:</div><div><ul><li>
Comprehensive reporting</li><li>
Performance tracking</li><li>
Participating in training sessions</li><li>
Management of Point of Sale for on premise</li><li>
Curate insights about the brand, market, competitors, and customers</li><li>
Collaborate with sales teams</li><li>
ON premise route coverage when needed</li></ul></div><div></div><div><b><br>
Leverage Expertise</b>: Facilitate educational sessions for on-premise customers through staff training, and educating the sales team on portfolio.</div><div><b>
Network Partnership</b>: Bridge communication between suppliers, internal sales, managers, and customers within the coverage territory. Develop robust and value-driven relationships within top 50 key account territory.</div><div><b>
Learning</b>: Continuously expand your knowledge about spirits/Wine and hone your presentation skills.</div><div><b>
Additional Responsibilities</b>: Must be willing and able to use a personal credit card for work-related expenses. Reimbursement processes and timelines will be provided during orientation.</div><div>

Qualifications</b>:</div><div><ul><li>
1+ years of experience in the spirits or hospitality sector; 2+ years in sales</li><li>
Prior experience in bar/restaurant/hotel operations is beneficial.</li><li>
Solid organizational and planning skills.</li><li>
Demonstrated ability for self-management and achieving results.</li><li>
Passion for spirits history, production, and cocktail culture.</li><li>
Stellar communication skills.</li><li>
Aptitude for selling, negotiating, and building robust relationships.</li><li>
Proficiency in sales or related data analysis.</li><li>
Comprehensive understanding of market dynamics and trends.</li><li>
Flexibility in working hours, including nights and weekends as needed.</li><li>
Reliable mode of transportation for account visits.</li><li>
Enthusiasm for mentorship and a positive team environment.</li><li>
Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred.</li><li>
A valid driver's license and proof of insurance is required.</li></ul></div></div>
