Production/Warehouse AssociateSuccessful and growing global importer and food manufacturer headquartered Utica, NY is seeking a full-time Production/Shipping &amp; Receiving Personnel. This position is for 8-hour daytime shifts, Monday through Friday.Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 2 years&rsquo; experience working in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. Ideal candidates will also have experience operating a forklift and moving bulk products using pumps and hoses. Top candidates will be enthusiastic, dependable, and have strong organizational skills.Typical Duties (including but not limited to):<ul><li>Loading/Unloading tankers and railcars of bulk edible oil</li><li>Working an assembly line to fill various oils into gallons, jugs, totes and tanks.</li><li>Maintaining accurate shipping &amp; receiving logs</li><li>Assisting in physical inventory counts</li><li>Loading/Unloading trucks with a forklift</li><li>Maintaining a safe and clean work environment, and complying with all good manufacturing practices</li><li>Ensuring all Safe Quality Foods (SQF) requirements are followed</li><li>Assisting with preventative maintenance of warehouse facility and equipment</li><li>Maintaining security of the warehouse and shipping docks</li><li>Some heavy lifting is required</li></ul>Preferred experience and skills include:<ul><li>Minimum 2 years relevant experience in warehouse and production environment</li><li>Experience with quality control and safety programs, especially in food manufacturing</li><li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail</li></ul>Minimum Requirements:<ul><li>Willing to work full time 40 hours per week</li><li>High school diploma or equivalent</li></ul>Salary &amp; Benefits:<ul><li>Pay commensurate with experience; Growth potential</li><li>Holiday schedule and paid time off</li><li>401K with Company Contribution</li><li>Company-Sponsored Individual Health Insurance</li><li>Family Health Insurance options</li><li>Demanding but fun work environment where the days fly by</li><li>Work with an awesome team of people</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Paid time off</li></ul>People with a criminal record are encouraged to applyLanguage:<ul><li>English (Preferred)</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Utica, NY 13502 (Required)</li></ul>Ability to Relocate:<ul><li>Utica, NY 13502: Relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
