Salon Operations Manager (Multi-Location)We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Salon Operations Manager to oversee and manage multiple salon branches. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in salon or beauty industry operations, proven leadership skills, and the ability to drive business growth while maintaining exceptional service standards.Key Responsibilities1. Operations Management<ul><li>Oversee daily operations across all salon branches.</li><li>Ensure each location runs efficiently, profitably, and in line with company standards.</li><li>Monitor overall performance including sales, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.</li><li>Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions.</li></ul>1. Team Leadership &amp; Staff Management<ul><li>Supervise salon managers, supervisors, and staff.</li><li>Manage staff scheduling, duty allocation, and workforce planning.</li><li>Handle staff conflicts, disciplinary matters, and performance issues.</li><li>Ensure all employees follow company policies and maintain professional standards.</li></ul>2. Recruitment &amp; Staffing<ul><li>Identify hiring needs and coordinate with HR.</li><li>Participate in interviews and skill assessments for salon staff.</li><li>Support building a skilled and professional team across all branches.</li></ul>3. Customer Experience<ul><li>Ensure high-quality service and client satisfaction at all locations.</li><li>Monitor feedback, reviews, and complaints.</li><li>Implement strategies to improve client retention and loyalty.</li><li>Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.</li></ul>4. Business Growth &amp; Development<ul><li>Identify opportunities to grow revenue and expand the client base.</li><li>Enhance brand presence and service offerings.</li><li>Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.</li></ul>5. Compliance &amp; Documentation<ul><li>Ensure all salons follow company policies and operational procedures.</li><li>Maintain proper documentation, reporting, and approvals.</li><li>Ensure compliance with local labor laws and industry regulations.</li></ul>6. Hygiene, Safety &amp; Standards<ul><li>Enforce strict hygiene, cleanliness, and safety protocols.</li><li>Conduct routine inspections to maintain high salon standards.</li></ul>97. Maintenance &amp; Facilities<ul><li>Oversee maintenance and upkeep of all salon locations.</li><li>Coordinate with maintenance teams for repairs and equipment issues.</li><li>Ensure all salons are fully operational at all times.</li></ul>8. Staff Welfare &amp; Conflict Resolution<ul><li>Foster a positive and respectful work environment.</li><li>Address workplace issues and support staff well-being.</li></ul>10. Key Responsibilities1. Customer Service &amp; Guest Experience<ul><li>Welcome clients warmly and offer beverages (coffee, tea, and refreshments).</li><li>Ensure every guest feels comfortable and well attended while waiting.</li><li>Maintain a professional, friendly, and polished appearance at all times.</li><li>Handle client inquiries and provide basic information about salon services.</li></ul>2. Barista Duties<ul><li>Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and beverages.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station.</li><li>Monitor stock levels of coffee beans, milk, and supplies.</li><li>Ensure hygiene and food safety standards are strictly followed.</li></ul>3. Cashier Responsibilities<ul><li>Handle billing, invoicing, and payment processing (cash, card, POS).</li><li>Ensure accurate daily cash handling and register balancing.</li><li>Issue receipts and maintain proper transaction records.</li><li>Coordinate with reception and management on daily sales reporting.</li></ul>4. Front Desk Support<ul><li>Assist with booking appointments and managing walk-in clients.</li><li>Coordinate with barbers and staff to ensure smooth service flow.</li><li>Support reception during busy hours when required.</li></ul>5.
