Salon Manager

Salon Operations Manager (Multi-Location)

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Salon Operations Manager to oversee and manage multiple salon branches. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in salon or beauty industry operations, proven leadership skills, and the ability to drive business growth while maintaining exceptional service standards.

Key Responsibilities1. Operations Management

  • Oversee daily operations across all salon branches.
  • Ensure each location runs efficiently, profitably, and in line with company standards.
  • Monitor overall performance including sales, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
  • Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions.

1. Team Leadership & Staff Management

  • Supervise salon managers, supervisors, and staff.
  • Manage staff scheduling, duty allocation, and workforce planning.
  • Handle staff conflicts, disciplinary matters, and performance issues.
  • Ensure all employees follow company policies and maintain professional standards.

2. Recruitment & Staffing

  • Identify hiring needs and coordinate with HR.
  • Participate in interviews and skill assessments for salon staff.
  • Support building a skilled and professional team across all branches.

3. Customer Experience

  • Ensure high-quality service and client satisfaction at all locations.
  • Monitor feedback, reviews, and complaints.
  • Implement strategies to improve client retention and loyalty.
  • Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.

4. Business Growth & Development

  • Identify opportunities to grow revenue and expand the client base.
  • Enhance brand presence and service offerings.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

5. Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure all salons follow company policies and operational procedures.
  • Maintain proper documentation, reporting, and approvals.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and industry regulations.

6. Hygiene, Safety & Standards

  • Enforce strict hygiene, cleanliness, and safety protocols.
  • Conduct routine inspections to maintain high salon standards.

97. Maintenance & Facilities

  • Oversee maintenance and upkeep of all salon locations.
  • Coordinate with maintenance teams for repairs and equipment issues.
  • Ensure all salons are fully operational at all times.

8. Staff Welfare & Conflict Resolution

  • Foster a positive and respectful work environment.
  • Address workplace issues and support staff well-being.

10. Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Track KPIs including sales, service quality, and operational efficiency.
  • Prepare monthly performance reports for senior management.
  • Evaluate staff productivity and implement training where needed.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing multiple salon locations or in a similar operations role within the beauty industry.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Solid understanding of salon operations, customer service, and staff management.
  • Financial acumen with experience handling budgets and performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
