This position offers a rewarding opportunity to develop construction knowledge while contributing to high-quality building projects.Duties<ul><li>Assist in the preparation of construction sites by clearing debris, keeping job sites clean.</li><li>Operate hand tools, power tools, safely and effectively to perform various construction tasks</li><li>Follow detailed instructions from supervisors to complete tasks such as assisting in the construction project</li><li>Ensure all safety protocols are adhered to at all times to maintain a secure work environment</li><li>Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards</li><li>Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment to keep everything in optimal working condition</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Proven experience in construction or related manual labor roles preferred but not required; willingness to learn is highly valued</li><li>Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods</li><li>Knowledge of safety procedures and OSHA regulations relevant to construction sites</li><li>Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately and work well within a team environment</li><li>Basic understanding of construction tools.</li><li>Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with supervisors and coworkers</li><li>Positive attitude, reliability, and a proactive approach to completing tasks efficiently</li></ul>This role is paid and offers an exciting pathway for those eager to build their skills in the construction industry.
