Duties

• Assist in the preparation of construction sites by clearing debris, keeping job sites clean.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, safely and effectively to perform various construction tasks
• Follow detailed instructions from supervisors to complete tasks such as assisting in the construction project
• Ensure all safety protocols are adhered to at all times to maintain a secure work environment
• Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards
• Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment to keep everything in optimal working condition

Skills

• Proven experience in construction or related manual labor roles preferred but not required; willingness to learn is highly valued
• Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods
• Knowledge of safety procedures and OSHA regulations relevant to construction sites
• Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately and work well within a team environment
• Basic understanding of construction tools.
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with supervisors and coworkers
• Positive attitude, reliability, and a proactive approach to completing tasks efficiently
