 Qualifications

 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree (preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication)
 </li>
 <li>
 3&ndash;5 years of experience in product management, brand management, or marketing
 </li>
 <li>
 Advanced level of English
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in MS Office applications
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of Google Analytics and social media tools
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong financial literacy, analytical mindset, and reporting skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving abilities
 </li>

 Job Description
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Adapt global product and brand strategies to the Turkish market
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with the sales department on marketing and purchasing activities
 </li>
 <li>
 Plan, execute, and analyze product launches and seasonal campaigns
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop online sales strategies and ensure strong brand visibility across digital channels
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage product lifecycle, supply chain processes, labeling, and compliance with local regulations
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare and present forecasts, sell-in/sell-out, and performance reports
 </li>
 <li>
 Act as a key contact between HQ, retailers, and local teams
 </li>
